Turhan Mildon has attracted widespread attention following reports that he is preparing to marry Alina Habba, the former personal attorney and White House counselor to President Donald Trump.
The 29-year-old Turkish businessman is 13 years younger than Habba, 42, and leads a multinational family company involved in construction, infrastructure, energy, mining and major international investments.
Mildon confirmed his relationship with Habba to Middle East Eye, saying the couple met through a “mutual ambassador friend” and were getting married.
“This marriage has no political purpose,” he told the outlet.
Their wedding will reportedly take place in New York, with members of the Trump administration and foreign heads of state expected among the guests.
