Alina Habba has married Turkish businessman Turhan Mildon in an elaborate New York City celebration that brought together family, prominent guests and figures connected to the Trump administration.
Habba, 42, and Mildon, 29, exchanged vows Saturday at the Waldorf Astoria, with roughly 300 guests attending a wedding that one source cited by the New York Post estimated at around $10 million.
The celebration unfolded across the hotel’s fourth floor, with approximately 900,000 fresh flowers used to transform the spaces for different stages of the evening.
Habba, who previously served as President Donald Trump’s personal attorney and briefly as acting U.S. attorney for New Jersey, wore three different dresses throughout the festivities.
Three bridal looks and an elaborate setting
For the ceremony, Habba appeared in a lace-detailed gown with a sweetheart neckline as she walked down a mirrored aisle surrounded by white cherry blossoms.
The couple exchanged vows in the Jade Room before guests moved through the Silver Corridor, which had been decorated with deep red roses, candles and floral arches. The Grand Ballroom later hosted the reception, featuring cascading crystals, a large red rose installation and a custom black-and-white dance floor.
Habba changed into a sequined gown for the reception before choosing a shorter, glittering strapless dress decorated with white flowers for the afterparty. According to the Daily Mail, an insider identified Christina Martinelli as the designer behind her looks.
The wedding moved through several distinct themes, beginning with blush and white for the ceremony before transitioning to darker and richer tones for the later celebrations.
The couple’s first dance was accompanied by a performance of “Hier Encore,” with a singer flown in from France for the occasion. A 30-piece band also performed during the evening.
Caviar, celebrity guests and a late-night performance
The menu matched the scale of the surroundings. Guests were served individual tins of Royal Ossetra caviar with traditional accompaniments, followed by a choice of lobster risotto or prime filet mignon. Classic ice cream sundaes were offered for dessert, while the celebration also included a Dom Pérignon toast.
Among those in attendance were heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson, FBI Director Kash Patel, Todd Blanche, Margo Martin and Harmeet Dhillon, according to the New York Post.
Later, the celebration continued at an afterparty called Club Mildon, where three-time Grammy Award winner Nelly performed. The Daily Mail reported that Habba’s children introduced him around midnight.
The marriage marks Habba’s third wedding and follows a whirlwind romance with Mildon, the president and CEO of Turkish conglomerate Miller Holding.
The pair reportedly first met at an event at Washington’s Kennedy Center earlier this year. They were subsequently seen together at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in April and at the private Executive Branch club in Washington around the Fourth of July.
Habba’s enormous engagement diamond had already attracted attention before the ceremony, with reports estimating it at at least 23 carats. Mildon has also reportedly given her several Hermès Birkin bags, including a pink ostrich-skin bag estimated at approximately $30,000.
Their wedding weekend began with a rehearsal dinner at Aretsky’s Patroon before attention shifted to the Waldorf Astoria for Saturday’s ceremony.
After months of romance and a fast-moving engagement, Habba and Mildon are now officially husband and wife following one of the couple’s most elaborate public celebrations to date.
