Tom Brady and Bridget Moynahan reunited for a special family milestone as they celebrated their son Jack’s high school graduation together.
The former couple shared the occasion with fans on Instagram, posting photos from the ceremony that included a rare family portrait featuring Brady, Moynahan and their 18-year-old son smiling together. The posts highlighted the pair’s continued commitment to co-parenting years after the end of their relationship.
The graduation marked a proud moment for both parents, who publicly came together to celebrate Jack’s achievement despite having separated nearly two decades ago.
Brady Shares Emotional Message for His Son
Brady accompanied his Instagram photo collection with a heartfelt tribute reflecting on Jack’s graduation and the next stage of his life.
“One of the proudest days of my life, watching Jack walk across the stage, and graduate into the next chapter of what’s already an impressive life,” the retired NFL star wrote.
He praised his son not only for his accomplishments but also for his character, saying what made him happiest was “who you are when no one is watching.”
Brady continued by highlighting the way Jack supports his friends, cares for people going through difficult times and shows love to his family.
“This isn’t an ending. It’s a starting line,” Brady wrote. “Whatever you chase next we know you’ll find success in. Take the risks. Be kind. Be yourself.”
He ended the message by reminding Jack that his family would always be cheering him on, adding, “We love you.”
Moynahan Celebrates Alongside Her Ex
Moynahan also commemorated the occasion on Instagram, sharing photos from the graduation that included the same family image with Brady and Jack.
“So proud of our boy Jack,” the actress wrote. “We are all excited to see what you do next!”
She tagged Brady in the post and added the hashtag “#proudparents,” while Brady later responded in the comments by describing Jack as “the most precious young man.”
The shared celebration offered another public example of the amicable co-parenting relationship Brady and Moynahan have maintained over the years.
The former couple dated from 2004 until their split in late 2006. In early 2007, Brady began a relationship with Gisele Bündchen, and shortly afterward Moynahan announced she was pregnant with Jack. Their son was born in August 2007.
Since then, both have moved forward with their personal lives while continuing to raise Jack together. Moynahan married Andrew Frankel in 2015, while Brady married Bündchen, with whom he welcomed two children before their divorce in 2022.
In a 2019 interview with People, Moynahan reflected on the family’s co-parenting dynamic, saying she and Brady both found partners who supported raising Jack and loved him as their own.
“I don’t think you can ask for more than that,” she said. “My son is surrounded by love.”
