For months, there has been buzz about actress Angelina Jolie’s relationship with a rapper several years her junior. But now, sources close to Jolie reveal he isn’t the only man she’s recently grown close to.
Hollywood star Angelina Jolie, 49, is currently promoting her film Maria, which many believe could win her another Oscar. This has made her more visible in public lately.
Her recent public appearances have fueled rumors that she’s happily involved, as British rapper and activist Akala has also been spotted at several of the same locations around the world. However, it’s now speculated he may not be the only man Jolie has bonded with.
Her new romance
According to the Daily Mail, Angelina has a “new man in her life”—21-year-old actor Jason Schmidt, who starred in the Broadway play The Outsiders, which Jolie produced.
While their relationship isn’t believed to be romantic, sources describe it as “strong,” with Jolie reportedly “appreciating his talent and artistic interest.”
Not only has Jolie been spending more time with Schmidt, but earlier this month, he joined a workshop at the boutique for her brand, Atelier Jolie. He shared the event on Instagram, calling it a “beautiful evening.”
Schmidt even performed a small concert for Jolie’s guests, and Jolie’s fashion house’s official Instagram page noted that Schmidt has started a new chapter by releasing his song Growing Up and embarking on his musical journey.
Since her split from Brad Pitt in 2016, Angelina Jolie hasn’t publicly introduced any man as her official boyfriend, though she’s been linked to several famous figures, including singer The Weeknd.
