Ainsley Earhardt reveals the deal she and Sean Hannity made over cosmetic surgery

Ainsley Earhardt has shared a playful detail about married life with Sean Hannity, revealing that the couple has discussed a possible trade involving cosmetic surgery and a motorcycle.

During an appearance on the Fox News podcast The Girls, the Fox & Friends host said she was interested in an upper blepharoplasty, an eyelid procedure. But Earhardt told her fellow panelists that Hannity “won’t let me.”

She then explained the deal the newlyweds had discussed.

“The deal is, if I get this [surgery], he gets a motorcycle. Well, I don’t want him to have a motorcycle!” she joked.

A candid conversation with colleagues

The discussion came as Earhardt appeared on the podcast with Kat Timpf, Melissa DeRosa, Kayce Smith and Rachel Campos-Duffy. The group was talking about cosmetic procedures when Campos-Duffy brought up the cost of facelifts.

“The thing is that the Kris Jenner-type [facelifts], those are really expensive,” Campos-Duffy said. “Maybe Ainsley now that she’s married to Hannity can afford that!”

Earhardt responded with a joke about their recent wedding.

“No, we have no more money after the wedding, first of all!” she said.

The host also recalled that a neighbor had questioned why she would let a man tell her what to do about her appearance. Earhardt then shared the arrangement involving Hannity’s motorcycle.

Another procedure Ainsley has considered

Earhardt also said she had considered having her “stomach done” because of wrinkles following the birth of her daughter, Hayden, by cesarean section in 2015.

The television host said taking time away from work was an obstacle. “But I can’t take that much time off work,” she explained, referring to a two-week recovery period.

Earhardt and Hannity have both been open about their happiness since marrying in Palm Beach, Florida, in October. Their wedding came after an engagement that began during Christmas week in 2024.

A celebration with family and friends

The Fox News hosts exchanged vows at the Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea, followed by a reception at the Everglades Club.

Earhardt wore an Oscar de la Renta gown for the ceremony, which brought together family members, friends and colleagues. Guests included country singer Lee Greenwood, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, Eric and Lara Trump, and several Fox News personalities.

The wedding weekend began with a party at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. The president and first lady Melania Trump were among those who attended.

In a statement released through Fox News, Earhardt said her heart was “overflowing with gratitude and joy” and thanked God for bringing the couple together.

Hannity also shared his happiness, saying, “Ainsley is an incredible person and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful that God brought us together.”

Both have children from previous marriages. Earhardt shares daughter Hayden with her former husband, while Hannity has two children, Patrick and Merri, with his former wife Jill Rhodes.
