A ‘war’ between Ronaldo and Juve. CR7 is suing the club, but a document clears the ‘Bianconeri’ of any wrongdoings

The Portuguese player reportedly did not sign the agreement with the club, and furthermore, he signed a document in 2021 stating that the club no longer had any pending issues with him.

The relationship between Cristiano Ronaldo and Juventus appears to have irreparably deteriorated. Following the well-known developments regarding the “secret” letter from Fabio Paratici, the Al-Nassr striker has decided to file a lawsuit against the Bianconeri club, turning to the Arbitration Panel of the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) to resolve the issues between the player and the club.

Ronaldo’s legal team reportedly demands โ‚ฌ19 million from the club, as part of the 2021 Salary Maneuver.

However, Juventus does not seem concerned about the matter, as previously revealed by investigations conducted by Consob and the Turin Prosecutor’s Office, the agreements appear to have been upheld. This includes the famous “private deals,” which involved the recovery of three out of the four months’ salaries to the players that had waived them during the COVID-19 emergency.

According to “Tuttosport,” Cristiano Ronaldo did not sign any such agreements, thus forfeiting any opportunity to recover the outstanding wages, even though the signed sheet includes several individual players, including CR7.

The documents submitted to the Arbitration Panel by the Portuguese star are all invalidated because they relate to the Prisma Investigation, which, following the Supreme Court’s ruling, has been transferred to the Rome Prosecutor’s Office, which is yet to assess all the previously collected material.

To close the case, there is allegedly a document signed by Cristiano Ronaldo in the final days of the 2021 summer transfer window, in which the Portuguese player claimed not to have any pending issues with Juventus, asserting that the club did not owe him anything.

While awaiting further developments in the matter, it appears increasingly unlikely that there will be a future reconciliation between Ronaldo and the Bianconeri.
