Ivanka Trump has taken her dedication to personal wellness and discipline to a new level through Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
The 43-year-old daughter of former President Donald Trump recently appeared in a training video released by the Valente Brothers, a well-known trio of martial arts instructors based in South Florida.
Wearing a traditional white gi and a blue belt, Ivanka demonstrated her growing skills on the mat. Earning a blue belt in jiu-jitsu typically requires a minimum of two years of consistent training, highlighting her serious commitment to the discipline.
The footage, posted on Friday to the Valente Brothers’ official social media, shows Ivanka practicing techniques with Gui Valente, while Joaquim Valente, known for his relationship with supermodel Gisele Bündchen, appears bowing with his brothers at the end of the clip.
“Jiu-Jitsu is more than a martial art,” the Valente Brothers wrote in their caption. “Rooted in ancient tradition and refined over generations, it offers a path to physical confidence, mental clarity, and emotional balance.”
They also emphasized the significance of training alongside those you respect and care for, writing: “As families, training together gives us the rare gift of growing side by side, on the mat and in life. @ivankatrump.”
A Shared Connection in South Florida
The Valente Brothers’ jiu-jitsu academy is based in South Florida—the same region Ivanka Trump now calls home, along with Bündchen, 44. While it’s not confirmed whether the two women have met in person, Ivanka does follow the Brazilian model on Instagram.
Bündchen, who shares two children—Benjamin (15) and Vivian (12)—with ex-husband Tom Brady, welcomed her first child with Joaquim Valente earlier this year. The couple reportedly met in 2021 after Bündchen’s son began taking jiu-jitsu lessons at the Valente Brothers’ studio.
