Stepping out without her iconic blonde pixie cut, Ellen was spotted with a completely new look. This comes months after her reported relocation to the United Kingdom with her wife, Portia de Rossi.
Ellen recently made an appearance back on familiar turf. Just two months after news of her and wife Portia de Rossi’s reported move to England, the former talk show icon was seen out and about in Montecito, California—a seaside town where the couple had offloaded multiple properties last year.
While Montecito is no stranger to Ellen, her appearance caught attention during the Jan. 14 outing, as she showcased a fresh look with gray hair. Staying true to her relaxed vibe, Ellen wore a dark pullover paired with blue jeans and white sneakers.
Despite this sighting sparking questions about a potential return to Hollywood, Ellen has made her intentions clear. During a comedy show in Santa Rosa, California, back in July, she reportedly told the audience, “This is the last time you’re going to see me. After my Netflix special, I’m done,” as noted by SFGate.
