Donald Trump recently mocked a viral video featuring a moment between him and Barack Obama during former President Jimmy Carterโs funeral last week.
The clip, which captured the two former presidents chatting, sparked widespread speculation online about the nature of their conversation.
On Sunday, Trump added fuel to the fire by sharing a spoof of the video, complete with fake audio to parody the interaction. The dubbed audio featured a faux Obama voice saying, โI knew youโd win,โ while seated next to Trump.
Neither Trump nor Obama has disclosed the real details of their conversation, leaving social media users to continue guessing about the true exchange.
The Video
In the spoof, which Trump posted without a caption, dubbed audio imagines a playful exchange targeting several prominent political figures.
In the mock conversation, a faux Trump responds, โCome on. Anyone could beat her,โ referencing Vice President Kamala Harris, whom Trump defeated in the 2024 presidential election. The parody continues as fake Obama comments on Harris and her husband, Douglas Emhoff, who were seated in the row ahead of them, saying, โDid you see that? [Harris] wonโt even look at me.โ The imitation Trump quips back, โI was told [by] some of her people, apparently they said she fell off the wagon.โ
Fake Obama adds fuel to the satirical tone by saying, โI think she actually may haveโฆand also sheโs not really built for this amount of pressure.โ The clip also includes other jabs at political figures like President Joe Biden and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, continuing the parodyโs comedic critique of political dynamics.
