“SHE LOVES ME UNCONDITIONALLY”: De Niro shows off his one-year-old daughter and reveals what it’s like to be a dad at 81

A few months before his 80th birthday, the legendary actor had his seventh child, and now he has shown how he enjoys spending time with his little darling.

Robert De Niro has recently been in the spotlight for becoming a father at 79. He generally avoids talking about his private life and rarely comments on the new additions to his family.

However, he recently made an exception and introduced his daughter, who was born in April 2023, to the public. He also spoke about becoming a father in his later years.

De Niro posed holding little Gia, who has inherited features from both her legendary actor father and her mother, Tiffany Chen, who is 35 years younger than De Niro.

During an appearance on The View, the Oscar winner mentioned that he has help taking care of the baby and doesn’t do everything on his own.

“She is the only one who loves me unconditionally, without anything, without criticism,” said Robert De Niro.

ctor Robert De Niro and Tiffany Chen confirmed they had become parents one month after Gia’s birth. The couple welcomed their daughter after two years of dating.

In addition to the baby, De Niro has six other children: Drena De Niro (52), Raphael (46), twins Julian and Aaron (28), Elliot (25), and Helen (12). He also has three grandchildren, though his grandson Leandro passed away in July last year.

A few months ago, De Niro spoke about Gia in an interview with People, describing her as “an irresistible baby, so sweet.”

“When I look at her, everything else disappears. Itโ€™s a great joy and relief to be with her,” De Niro said.

At the time when De Niro became a father, his colleague Al Pacino also welcomed a baby at the age of 84. This sparked global media discussions about whether it is selfish to become a parent at such an advanced age. However, De Niro seemed to have planned his fatherhood.

When it was revealed that De Niro was becoming a father again, he responded with surprise to Page Six when asked if the baby was planned:
