For years, Noelle Watters has stayed largely outside the public spotlight. Now, Jesse Watters’ first wife has reappeared in a new professional video, revealing the meaningful career she has built since their highly publicized divorce.
Noelle, formerly known to Fox News viewers as Noelle Inguagiato, appears in a recent Instagram video shared by Kane Psychology in Manhasset, New York.

In the clip, she introduces herself as Noelle Watters, a licensed mental health counselor. She says she has been working with the practice for more than two years and helps children, adolescents, young adults, parents and caregivers.
“I work with children, adolescents, and young adults, as well as parents and caregivers,” Noelle says in the video. She explains that she uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic work in what she describes as a warm and empathetic setting.

The post marks a rare public appearance for Noelle, whose life has looked very different since the end of her marriage to one of Fox News’ most recognizable hosts.
A new chapter in mental-health counseling
According to her introduction, Noelle earned her undergraduate degree from Fairfield University and later received her graduate degree in mental health counseling from LIU Post.
Kane Psychology described her as someone who has spent the past two years helping clients “grow, heal, and thrive.”

Noelle says she lives on Long Island with her two daughters. The professional video does not mention Jesse, Fox News or the controversy that once put her private life in the headlines. Instead, it centers entirely on her work and the clients she supports.
Before stepping away from television, Noelle was also a familiar face at Fox News. She worked as a fashion stylist and hosted the network’s web program iMag Style. She also contributed to shows including The O’Reilly Factor and Outnumbered.
How Jesse Watters’ relationship with Emma changed everything
Noelle married Jesse Watters in 2009, and the couple welcomed twin daughters in 2011.
Their marriage became the subject of widespread media attention in 2018, when the New York Daily News reported that Jesse had disclosed a consensual relationship with Emma DiGiovine, then an associate producer who worked on his staff at Fox News.
A Fox News spokesperson said at the time that Jesse and “a woman on his staff” had informed the network of their relationship in 2017. DiGiovine was subsequently transferred to another program.
Noelle filed for divorce after the relationship became public, ending her decade-long marriage to Jesse. Their divorce was finalized in 2019.
Emma had joined Fox News after studying journalism at Fairfield University. Before moving into television production, she had also worked as a model. She later became an associate producer and worked on programs including Watters’ World and The Five.

Jesse and Emma announced their engagement in August 2019 and married in Florida that December. They have since welcomed a son, Jesse Bailey, and a daughter, Georgina Post.
The tire story that drew fresh attention
Jesse later brought renewed attention to the beginning of his relationship with Emma during a segment on The Five.
He said that while trying to date her, he had let air out of her tires so that he could offer her a ride.
“She couldn’t go anywhere, she needed a lift,” Jesse said, adding that he asked whether she needed one and that she got into his car.
The story prompted surprise from his co-hosts and criticism online. Jesse later described it as having a “happy ending” because he and Emma are now married. He also clarified in a later discussion that the account was intended as a joke and was not entirely accurate.
Noelle’s quieter path
While Jesse moved on publicly with Emma—marrying her in 2019 and welcoming two more children—Noelle has chosen a far more private direction.
She has rarely shared details of her personal life since the divorce and has not publicly confirmed a new relationship, engagement or marriage. Her professional introduction through Kane Psychology focused instead on her work with children, young adults, parents and caregivers.
Years after a very public breakup, Noelle Watters’ reappearance shows that she has built a meaningful career centered on helping others, while keeping her personal life firmly out of the spotlight.
