MacCallum’s daughter, Elizabeth, graduated from Villanova University and works in politics. Among her previous roles was serving as a senior adviser to Senator Dave McCormick.
Less is publicly known about Harry, the couple’s youngest son, though he has appeared at events with his parents. Both Harry and Elizabeth have also appeared alongside their mother on Fox News.

Martha’s path to Fox News
Before becoming a fixture on Fox News, MacCallum earned a political science degree from St. Lawrence University. She went on to work for Wall Street Journal Television as a business news correspondent and anchor, followed by roles at NBC News and CNBC.

She joined Fox News in 2004. In 2017, she began hosting The First 100 Days, which was later rebranded as The Story with Martha MacCallum.
In January 2024, MacCallum and fellow Fox News anchor Bret Baier co-moderated three town halls featuring President Donald Trump. The events drew more than 4.4 million viewers, according to The U.S. Sun.
The family story behind her book
MacCallum has also explored her family’s history through writing. In 2020, she published Unknown Valor: A Story of Family, Courage and Sacrifice from Pearl Harbor to Iwo Jima.
The book was inspired in part by Harry Gray, her mother’s cousin. MacCallum explained on Fox News that he had been especially close to her mother.
“He was like a brother to her,” she said.
For MacCallum and Gregory, family remains a connection across their different careers: their children have pursued work in politics and business, while MacCallum has continued to share stories from her own family’s past.
