Donald Trump Jr. wants Tiger Woods ‘away from his kids’ after crash and arrest concerns
Donald Trump Jr. is reportedly taking a firm stance when it comes to his children’s proximity to Tiger Woods following the golfer’s recent crash and arrest, according to a source cited by Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice Substack.
“This isn’t casual concern — he’s furious. Those are his kids. Full stop,” the source said, underscoring the seriousness of his reaction. The source added that Trump Jr. has long been wary, claiming he believed there were warning signs in Woods’ behavior even when others did not.

The concerns come after Woods was involved in a rollover crash on March 27 on Jupiter Island, Florida. Authorities later said he recorded a 0.0 on a breathalyzer test but declined to provide a urine sample. The sheriff noted he was cooperative and within his rights to refuse, adding that medication — not alcohol — was believed to be a factor, according to TMZ.
Firm line drawn over his children
Trump Jr., 48, shares five children — Kai, Chloe, Donald III, Tristan, and Spencer — with his ex-wife Vanessa Trump. According to the source, while he acknowledges Vanessa can make her own choices, he has set a clear boundary involving their children.

“Having Tiger as a friend of the family is one thing. Having him around your kids? That’s a completely different story — and, to Don, it’s alarming,” the source explained. The same source claimed Trump Jr. does not believe Woods has changed and remains concerned about his influence.
“He’s not backing down on that,” the source added, emphasizing that his position remains firm behind closed doors.
Reports suggest concerns existed before incident
Separate reporting cited by the National Enquirer indicates that concerns may have already been present before the crash. A source told the outlet that Vanessa Trump had grown increasingly uneasy about Woods’ behavior, particularly when they were not together.

The report states that as their relationship became more serious — roughly a year after going public — those concerns intensified rather than eased. The source claimed she feared Woods could fall into patterns that might harm himself.
“The more serious they get, the more fearful she becomes that Tiger will slide into bad habits and self-sabotage,” the source said.
Incident brings renewed scrutiny
Authorities say the crash occurred when a pickup truck towing a pressure washer trailer slowed to turn into a driveway, and Woods, driving a Range Rover, approached at a speed that prevented the vehicle from clearing the road. Sheriff John Budensiek said Woods attempted to pass but struck the trailer, causing his vehicle to overturn. No injuries were reported.
Woods was later taken into custody and now faces two misdemeanor charges: driving under the influence and refusing to provide a urine sample.
The combination of the crash, the arrest, and reported concerns from both Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump has brought renewed attention to Woods’ personal life and those closest to him
