Bryon Noem responds after allegations of secret online life and cross-dressing surface

Bryon Noem breaks silence after allegations surface as family reacts to reports

Bryon Noem, the husband of former Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, has issued a brief response following allegations about his alleged online activity, first reported by the Daily Mail.

“I will at some point. Today is not the day. I appreciate your heart,” Bryon Noem said in a text message to The New York Times when asked to comment. The message represents his first known public response since the reports emerged.

In a separate phone call with the Daily Mail, he addressed concerns raised in the report about potential national security risks. “Yeah, I made no comments like that, that would lead to that. I deny the second part of that,” he said.

The outlet reported that while he rejected claims tied to national security and alleged remarks about his wife, he did not deny the alleged interactions with online models or the cross-dressing activity described.

The claims, published Tuesday, allege that Bryon Noem engaged in online interactions under a pseudonym and participated in a niche online community described as “bimbofication.”

The Daily Mail reported reviewing a large number of messages allegedly exchanged between him and multiple women over a period of more than a year.

Reports outline alleged activity and communications

According to the Daily Mail, the 56-year-old insurance executive allegedly used the name “Jason Jackson” while communicating online. The outlet also published images it said show him wearing tight clothing and using improvised materials to resemble breasts.

The publication reported it examined hundreds of messages and cited financial records showing more than $25,000 sent to women involved in the exchanges. Messages referenced by the outlet include remarks praising physical appearances and references to exaggerated body features.

In one account shared with the Daily Mail, a woman claimed Bryon Noem would express affection for his wife before returning to the conversations. Other reported messages included statements attributed to him expressing a preference for “huge, huge ridiculous boobs.”

Public reaction and family response

Bryon Noem was later seen for the first time since the story broke, according to images obtained by the Daily Mail. He was photographed outside his residence in Castlewood, South Dakota, before returning indoors.

The situation has drawn widespread attention, including public reaction from political figures. Former President Donald Trump told the Daily Mail, “Wow, well, I feel badly for the family if that’s the case, that’s too bad.”

A spokesperson for Kristi Noem told The New York Post that she was “devastated” by the reports. “The family was blindsided by this. They ask for privacy and prayers at this time,” the spokesperson said.

The couple, married for 34 years with three children, have not issued a joint statement. Despite the growing scrutiny, Bryon Noem’s brief message remains his clearest response as the situation continues to unfold.
