Alan Jackson celebrates two new granddaughters in weeks as daughter Ali welcomes baby Parker Anne

Alan Jackson celebrates new granddaughter as family grows ahead of farewell concert

Country music icon Alan Jackson is marking a joyful milestone as his family continues to grow, sharing news of a new grandchild while preparing for a major career moment later this year.

“Denise and I are thrilled to announce the birth of our second granddaughter Parker Anne Bradshaw,” Jackson shared in a public statement. The baby arrived on April 8, born to his daughter Alexandra (Ali) and her husband, Sam Bradshaw.

The announcement came alongside a family photo showing Jackson and his wife Denise smiling as they held their newest granddaughter. Parker joins a growing group of grandchildren that includes Jack Bradshaw, as well as Wesley and Charlotte Ann “Charlie” Smith.

A growing family in a special season

The latest arrival follows closely behind another family milestone. Jackson’s daughter Mattie and her husband Connor Smith recently welcomed their daughter Charlie in February, adding to their son Wesley Alan, who was born in 2024.

All three of Jackson’s daughters — Mattie, Alexandra, and Dani — were expecting children at the same time during the holiday season, creating what he previously described as a particularly meaningful chapter for their family. While Mattie and Alexandra have now welcomed their babies, Dani is still expecting.

Mattie had earlier shared her own emotional message after Charlie’s birth, writing that their daughter arrived early and calling her “the greatest tiny pink blessing.”

Final performance approaches as health battle continues

The family celebration comes as Jackson prepares for a significant moment in his career. The singer is set to take the stage at Nissan Stadium in Nashville on June 27 for what has been announced as his final concert before retiring from touring.

The event sold out quickly and will feature appearances from major artists including Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, and Carrie Underwood.

Jackson previously revealed in 2021 that he has been living with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a neurological condition that affects muscle control. Speaking during an appearance on Today, he acknowledged the impact it has had on his performances.

“I’ve been reluctant to talk about this publicly… but it’s starting to affect my performance on stage,” he said at the time.

He added that he wanted fans to understand the reason behind any visible struggles, explaining that issues with mobility and balance were linked to the condition, not anything else.

Despite the challenges, Jackson continued performing through his “Last Call: One More for the Road” tour, which began in 2024 and concluded in 2025.

As he prepares for his final show, the country legend now finds himself balancing a closing chapter on stage with a deeply personal one at home — surrounded by a rapidly growing family.
