According to rumors circulating in France, the Parisian club is reportedly considering the Portuguese as Mbappé’s successor, who will be heading to Real Madrid this summer.
The winter transfer window for Milan could conclude with a defensive addition, but attention is also on the future, especially regarding departures. According to reports from the French outlet Telefoot, Rafa Leao is allegedly at the top of PSG’s wish list for the upcoming summer.
This is particularly relevant as the French champions will likely have to deal with the departure of Kylian Mbappé, who seems destined to movo to Real Madrid in the summer of 2024. The Portuguese forward has reportedly been made aware of PSG’s interest and is open to considering their proposal, especially considering that Luis Campos, the sporting director of the Parisian club, was the one who brought him to Lille in 2018, is spearheading the operation.
With a contract extension until 2028, signed just last summer and a release clause of €175 million, Milan awaits PSG’s first moves. If PSG is genuinely interested in bringing Leao to Paris (who notably played his best match of the season against PSG in Milan), they will have to put staggering figures on the table.
