Emily Compagno has taken part in a meaningful event that reflected a deeply personal side of her public life.
The Fox News personality recently traveled to Nevada to serve as the keynote speaker for Life Choices’ annual gala.
In photographs shared from the evening, Compagno stood at a podium before guests, speaking beneath soft blue lighting while wearing a striking purple suit. Other images captured her meeting attendees and taking part in the special gathering.
But it was the message behind the night that appeared to mean the most to her.
Compagno said she felt blessed to serve as “a small messenger” for the work being done by Life Choices and the people behind its mission.
A special evening in the Silver State
Life Choices is a nonprofit pregnancy medical clinic that has served Northern Nevada since 1983.
According to the organization, it provides free and confidential pregnancy testing, limited obstetric sonograms, information about options and practical support for women and men facing unplanned pregnancies. The clinic says it does not receive government funding and does not provide or refer for abortions.
Compagno praised the organization as a ministry filled with people who walk alongside women in crisis with love and faith.
She described the team as people who shine Christ’s light while helping support lives and create what she called a generational impact.
The evening also included a live ultrasound presentation—an experience Compagno called “INCREDIBLE.”

Compagno made a point of thanking the people who welcomed her to the gala.
She singled out Pastor Nick, Mel, Julie, Patty, Sarah and Charlotte, affectionately calling them the Life Choices “royalty” of great servants.
Her message focused on the compassion and commitment of the organization’s staff, who work to support people physically, emotionally and spiritually during difficult moments.
Life Choices says its purpose is to advance the cause of life through education, medical services and practical help, while sharing the love of Jesus Christ throughout the community.
For Compagno, the gala was an opportunity to help bring attention to that work and the people whose efforts make it possible.
