Vanessa Trump is facing a major personal health challenge with support from family, loved ones and boyfriend Tiger Woods after publicly revealing her breast cancer diagnosis.
The 48-year-old shared the news in an emotional Instagram statement, disclosing that she had recently been diagnosed and was moving forward with medical care following a procedure earlier in the week.
“I’ve recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. While this isn’t news anyone expects, I’m working closely with my medical team on a treatment plan,” Trump wrote.
She said she is staying “focused and hopeful” while surrounded by support from her family, her children and those closest to her as she concentrates on recovery.
Messages of encouragement quickly followed her announcement. Among those responding publicly was Ivanka Trump, who wrote, “Praying for your continued strength and a swift recovery. Love you mama.”
Tiger Woods reportedly focused on supporting Vanessa
According to Page Six, Woods has remained closely by Vanessa Trump’s side during this period.
A source told the outlet that the golf star’s attention has been centered on helping her navigate the diagnosis, adding that he has admired the way she has handled the situation.
“Tiger has been very supportive of Vanessa through all of this and is really just focused on being there for her,” the source told Page Six.
The same source said Woods has been encouraged by her mindset, describing her as strong and saying he believes she will be okay, while continuing to support her however he can.
The diagnosis became public only days after Trump and Woods attended daughter Kai Trump’s high school graduation in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where several members of the Trump family were also present.
The couple’s latest appearance came after a turbulent period for Woods earlier this year.
Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek said the golfer was involved in a rollover crash near Jupiter Island, Florida, on March 27 before being arrested and booked at the county jail. Authorities said Woods passed a breathalyzer test but declined a urinalysis request. The sheriff stated he was suspected of impairment involving medication or another substance, though no drugs or alcohol were recovered from the vehicle.
Page Six previously reported that the pair remained “still very much in love” and were happy to reunite after Woods completed a six-week inpatient treatment program in Switzerland and returned home to Jupiter Island.
Their relationship became public in March 2025 when Woods confirmed the romance weeks after Page Six reported they had been privately dating.
“Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side!” Woods wrote on X alongside photos with Trump.
“We look forward to our journey through life together,” he added, while requesting privacy for those close to them.
