A brief exchange between Vanessa Trump and Tiger Woods at a recent golf event is drawing renewed attention after new claims surfaced about strain inside their relationship.
The moment occurred at the Genesis Invitational, hosted by Woods at Riviera Country Club. The 15-time major champion posed for photos alongside Trump and her teenage daughter, Kai, when wind conditions appeared to disrupt the shoot.
According to expert lip reader Nicola Hickling, who analyzed the footage for the Daily Mail, Trump wanted to adjust the angle of the photographs because of the direction of the wind. Woods responded, “It’s alright,” before Trump admitted, “I know… I need to stop being immature.”
Woods, wearing a navy Sun Day Red cap, then joked, “I don’t even have any hair.” Trump replied, “You’re a good guy,” leaning her head toward him and placing her hands around him before motioning for Kai to join them.
Body language expert Judi James previously told the Daily Mail that the couple’s joint appearance appeared “performative.”

The resurfaced clip comes amid new reporting about the dynamic between Woods and Trump. The pair went public with their relationship last March, but a recent report from the National Enquirer claims tension has developed behind the scenes.
“She’s insecure when it comes to him and other women,” a source told the publication.
The same source alleged that Trump keeps close watch on Woods and checks in through mutual friends when they are apart. “Tiger’s feeling henpecked and stifled,” the insider claimed, adding that Woods has reassured her “there’s nothing to be paranoid about” and that “she is the only girl for him.”
The report further stated that Trump fears Woods could revert to past behavior as their relationship becomes more serious.
History and recent family appearance
Woods’ personal history has long been part of the public record. He divorced Elin Nordegren in 2010 following allegations of infidelity. The couple, who married in 2004 after meeting in 2001, share two children: daughter Sam, born in 2007, and son Charlie, born in 2009.
