During her July 25 concert in Warsaw, Poland, as part of her Up All Night: Live in 2025 tour, the 56-year-old music icon suffered a wardrobe malfunction in front of thousands at the PGE Narodowy stadium. While chatting with fans between songs, Lopez’s sparkly skirt unexpectedly snapped off and dropped to the floor, leaving her standing in nothing but her stage-ready underwear.

“I’m out here in my underwear!” she announced, spinning around with a confident smile as a backup dancer rushed to assist. But JLo wasn’t fazed.
