Marcus Thuram, spoke to Mediaset after the draw against Real Sociedad, commenting on the draw and the second-place finish in the group, which will lead Inter to face one of the top qualifiers in the Round of 16 – some of the big teams in Europe.
When asked if the draw was disappointing, he said: “Yes, but we knew it was like a group stage final. We wanted to win, our opponent played a great game too, and we are pleased to have advanced into the next round of the Champions League.
There is little to criticize about this season, but could you have done more?
“We played well against a great team; it was a tough game tonight.”

“All Champions League matches are challenging, and we will find out who we play against.
