Milan’s President spoke about the new stadium: “It should come alive throughout the year. It is a billion-dollar investment.”
Paolo Scaroni has expressed AC Milan‘s full ambition, speaking about the new stadium: “We want to build the most beautiful stadium in the world.” These are the words of the Milan’s President to Sky Sport.
During a live interview, Scaroni added: “In our plans, the first match will be at the beginning of the 2028-2029 season, so I would say July or August 2028.”
THE NEW STADIUM
“It will be a stadium with 70,000 seats and eco-friendly. We want to be closer to the city center. This is a solution for top clubs.”
“We also liked San Siro, which would have been less expensive because we would have shared everything with the city, but it wouldn’t have given us the sense of identity that the new stadium will provide. We decided to build the stadium by ourselves in San Donato. It will be a billion-dollar investment.”
