During a spirited 100-day rally in Michigan on Tuesday, President Donald Trump energized supporters with a trademark speech full of policy highlights, familiar campaign themes, and personal moments — including a spotlight on White House photographer Margo Martin.
Trump paused his remarks to compliment the 28-year-old aide, calling her “the most beautiful photographer in the world” and inviting her to join him on stage. As she appeared, he kissed her on the cheek and she playfully addressed the crowd:
“Trump 2028, anyone?” she asked, drawing cheers and applause.
“I’m not allowed to say this — it’s the end of my political career — but I’m gonna say it anyway,” Trump said with a grin.
“She’s the most beautiful photographer in the world. I don’t know if she’s the best, but she’s the most beautiful.”
It’s unclear whether First Lady Melania Trump attended the event, as she has opted out of several recent public appearances, maintaining a lower profile during her husband’s rallies.
The Michigan event came as the president continues to navigate multiple challenges, including a turbulent stock market, a widening trade dispute with China, and ongoing legal scrutiny surrounding his executive actions — all of which Trump addressed with defiance and confidence.
The Republican leader used the rally to reinforce many of his core messages, delivering an energetic and often unscripted 90-minute speech. He revisited key policies such as border security, economic nationalism, and America-first trade strategies, while sharply criticizing his political rivals, including former President Joe Biden and former Vice President Kamala Harris.
Trump also made time to acknowledge the loyalty of his supporter base, giving a shout-out to a man famously known for wearing a full brick-patterned suit to symbolize support for Trump’s U.S.-Mexico border wall.
