Paris Hilton Wants Her Kids to Spend More Time Outside and Less Time on Their Phones

Paris Hilton, a hotel heiress at 43 years old, desires for her children, Phoenix aged one and London at four months, to grow up in a world characterized by kindness and positivity, hoping they won’t be as immersed in social media as she once was.

At Propper Daley’s fourth annual A Day of Unreasonable Conversation in Los Angeles, Paris, who recently sported a chic goth look, co-hosted a panel called “To Suffer Alone” with U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy.

“I just want my children to feel so loved and seen and want to be that next generation of someone that brings positivity to the world and just to have big hearts and big loving,” Hilton shared passionately.

“That’s something that’s really important to me,” she emphasized, highlighting her commitment to instilling these values in her children.

Paris also expressed her desire for her kids to lead lives outside of social media and phone dependency. “So I feel that’s really taken a lot from children. Kids are not going outside anymore and playing as much because everyone’s just so busy on their phones,” she noted.

“So hopefully my kids won’t be as addicted to social media as I am,” the heiress explained, showing a concern for striking a balance in their digital lives.

Paris and her husband Carter Reum, also 43, share this parenting journey. They have known each other since childhood and tied the knot on November 11, 2021.

Celebrating her 43rd birthday on February 17th, Paris marked the occasion a month later during the weekend of March 16th. Her birthday bash, themed “Sliving” (a trademarked term she coined in 2020, blending “slaying” and “living”), featured a star-studded guest list including Heidi Klum, Megan Thee Stallion, Demi Lovato, Tiffany Haddish, Sia, Selma Blair, and Bebe Rexha.
