Sanctions for Milan and Napoli as well: 15,000 euros for the Rossoneri, 12,000 euros for the Neapolitans. Four players suspended.

Sports Judge Gerardo Mastrandrea has fined Inter 5,000 euros for the chants against Romelu Lukaku during the Inter-Roma match. In particular, the fine was imposed on the Nerazzurri club “for their supporters having sung insulting chants against a player of the opposing team throughout the duration of the match.” The Belgian striker made a return to Milan, his former home, for the first time after the long summer controversies.

There are also fines for Milan and Napoli. Milan has been sanctioned with a 15,000 euro fine for the throwing of 2 smoke bombs by the opposing team’s supporters, causing a game interruption for over a minute. Napoli has received a 12,000 euro fine for the throwing of 5 smoke bombs and some plastic bottles by the Napoli fans.

Four players have been suspended for one match. Natan (Napoli) received a 1-match suspension for a double yellow card due to unsportsmanlike conduct towards an opponent, along with Mattia Bani (Genoa), Norbert Gyomber (Salernitana), Youssef Maleh (Empoli), and Leandro Paredes (Roma) because they were cautioned as repeat offenders.
