Melania has also been absent from several important events at the White House, including the signing of a new legislative act and meetings with multiple foreign leaders.
Notably, she did not attend the receptions for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba, and King Abdullah of Jordan.
She was also absent from events specifically attended by the spouses of politicians, such as the dinner Trump hosted at Mar-a-Lago for Republican senators and their husbands and wives.
What is particularly concerning is the fact that Melania Trump has not been very active on social media. During this time, she made only two posts on X: her official portrait and a message of condolences following the plane and military helicopter crash in Washington. On Instagram, she posted only her portrait.
Because of this, Daily Mail officially reached out to the East Wing of the White House to request a comment on Melania Trump’s absence, but they have yet to receive a response.
