Nicole Scherzinger is turning heads once again โ this time with a dazzling new bikini photo shoot that showcases her sculpted physique and glowing confidence at age 46.
The Pussycat Dolls alum and current Broadway star slipped into three sizzling bikinis for the shoot, each look more eye-catching than the last.
Fans couldnโt help but marvel at how the singer seems to be aging in reverse โ and Scherzinger has been open over the years about the wellness routines that keep her looking and feeling her best.

Currently starring in the Broadway revival of Sunset Boulevard, Scherzinger continues to emphasize balance when it comes to staying fit. In a 2019 interview with Womenโs Health, she shared her typical workout routine:
โI would run on the treadmill maybe 20 minutes, then try to do some squats, sit-ups on the exercise ball, and yoga stretches,โ she said.

In 2024, she updated fans on her fitness philosophy, stressing that longevity comes from sustainability and self-awareness, not extremes.
