The ‘Georgian Maestro’ is ready to sign a contract extension with Napoli which will see his salary doubled.
The Napoli winger is ready to sign the contract extension with De Laurentiis’s club, along with a corresponding adjustment of the salary.
Just yesterday, his agent Mamuka Jugeli, a sort of second father to Kvara, declared on Georgian TV: “In the near future, we are expecting an adjustments to his contract, as he deserves. De Laurentiis is a very good person, a man of his word who keeps everything he promises. It is clear that Kvara is a top-level player and deserves more, but he will receive it in the near future (โฆ).”
In short, and according to ‘Gazzetta dello Sport‘ the deal can be considered very close as there is a move towards revising the current contract, which is currently worth around 1.3 million net per season and expiring in 2027. His new contract will have his salary more than doubled (linked to bonuses) that will last until 2028 with an option for 2029.
