The former president recalls his years as Inter’s number one: ‘Eto’o-Ibra the most sensational move’

The farewell to the club that happened exactly 10 years ago, on November 15, 2013, and in a long interview with the Parmesan newspaper, the former Inter president reveals that he doesn’t miss Inter because “I just haven’t had the time to miss it.“
Today, Moratti says, “I prefer TV to the stadium,” and “I follow Inter as a fan, and of course, I can feel the good atmosphere around the team. At the moment, they are solid and consistent in performance.” the the ex president went back to the topic of ‘San Siro‘: “I don’t see the reason to tear it down. It is a symbol of the Milanese football and, ultimately,all of Milan.“
On his past as president, he recalls: “The exchange between Ibra and Eto‘o was my most sensational move, even better than Ronaldo” about the relationship with Mourinho he added: “Jose makes work his religion.” On players, he mentions Recoba (“He is the player who excited me the most, he reminded me of Corso), but also regrets Pirlo, “selling him to Milan was my biggest mistake.
