Milan and Porto reach an agreement, but Taremi now stops everything

In the last few hours, the Iranian has relied on a new agent, with the latter now asking for commissions and a higher salary for the player. This is the real knot to untie given that there is already an agreement between the clubs

It is a race against time to try to overcome the latest obstacles that have emerged since Wednesday evening, when the deal seemed to be just one step away from being done.

Milan stil continues to work to get Mehdi Taremi, a player with a contract expiring in 2024. The deadline for closing negotiations (September 1st at 20.00) is getting closer by the minute.

In the last few hours, the Iranian striker has relied on new agent who is very close to Porto who has now asked for higher commissions, in addition to that there is also a demand for a higher salary as well, the Iranian no longer accepts the 1.5 million salary proposed by the Rossoneri.

DEAL REACHED BETWEEN MILAN AND PORTO

The real issue to be resolved in the negotiations to bring Taremi to Milanello is precisely the one linked to the commissions and the salary, given that the teams have an agreement after Milan’s last offer worth โ‚ฌ15m. With the difficulties in getting Taremi, Milan has blocked the loan of Lorenzo Colombo to Monza: in fact, his exit stil depends precisely on the Iranian’s arrival at Milano.
