What did Megyn Kelly say

Megyn Kelly didnโ€™t hold back her criticism after watching the widely acclaimed film Conclave, taking to X (formerly Twitter) to vent her outrage.

โ€œJust made the huge mistake of watching the much-celebrated Conclave, and it is the most disgusting anti-Catholic film I have seen in a long time,โ€ Kelly wrote, expressing her frustration.

She went on to call out the filmโ€™s stars Ralph Fiennes, Stanley Tucci, and John Lithgow, as well as director Edward Berger, saying, โ€œShame on Ralph Fiennes, Stanley Tucci & John Lithgow for starring in it, and shame on director Edward Berger (among others).โ€

In a post that included a significant spoiler, Kelly revealed her biggest issue with the movieโ€™s plot: โ€œSpoiler: They make THE POPE INTERSEX! This is the big exciting twist at the end. I wish I had known so I wouldnโ€™t have watched it.โ€

Her comments have sparked a mix of reactions online, further amplifying the conversation around the controversial film.

She didnโ€™t stop there, criticizing the timing of the filmโ€™s release. โ€œWhat a thing to release to streaming just in time for Christmas,โ€ she fumed. โ€œThey would never do this to Muslims, but Christians/Catholics are always fair game to mock, belittle, and smear.โ€

Kellyโ€™s fiery comments were posted just hours before the Golden Globes ceremony at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, where Conclave is expected to be a major contender.
