Juventus looks to the future: 18-year-old Kamara on the way to Turin, a deal for the ‘Next Generation’

The defensive midfielder grew up at PSG and moved to Germany in 2021 on a free transfer.

Juventus is following the trail of Abdoulaye Kamara, a midfielder born in 2004 from Borussia Dortmund.

The Bianconeri have asked for a loan deal, with the goal of buying him if he proves himself worthy at the end of the year. It would be a prospective signing: part of the ‘Next Gen‘ project, even with an eye on the first team.

The eighteen-year-old grew up at PSG, moved to Germany in 2021 on a free transfer, and has a contract expiring in 2025. Juventus would like to secure him for an agreement around 3-4 million for the buyout.

Who knows, maybe negotiations with the Germans could also evolve for other profiles: at Continassa, they are convinced that Soulรฉ, given his characteristics, could find fertile ground in the Bundesliga. But for now, there are no market rumors regarding him.

Kamara is a defensive midfielder: Juventus scouts have been keeping an eye on him for a while. Physically well-built (standing at 1 meter 85), he made 20 appearances for Borussia Dortmund’s second team last year, scoring one goal and providing four assists.

A move to Serie C in Italy could reveal the young man’s true potential, allowing for a more confident investment. Juventus and Dortmund are in discussions, but they are still in the early stages of negotiations.
