A security guard has a dream that the jet plane his boss is supposed to take the next day is going to crash.
When he wakes up, he calls his boss at home and tells him about the dream.
His boss listens carefully and decides not to take the flight.
The next day, the plane actually crashes, exactly as the guard predicted.
The boss calls the security guard into his office and hands him a large check as a reward for saving his life.
Then he says:
“Thank you… but you’re fired.”
The guard is shocked and asks,
“Why? I saved your life!”
The boss replies,
“Because you were sleeping on duty.”
