Jessica Alba shares her gritty look with her fans on social media

Jessica Alba is showcasing a daring new look for her latest action film, “Trigger Warning.” The 43-year-old actress shared behind-the-scenes photos on social media, revealing her bloodied makeup and adventurous side as she practiced stunts and posed with a knife inside a police car.

Set in a desert-like landscape, the photos capture Alba during filming breaks, wearing blood-stained trousers, and displaying a dirtied-up complexion with realistic gashes. In one snap, she is seen brandishing a weapon over her shoulder.

“Trigger Warning,” now officially released, stars Alba as Parker, a Special Forces commando who inherits her father’s bar after his sudden death and soon clashes with a violent gang in her hometown.

The film, directed by Mouly Surya, features a cast including Mark Webber, Alejandro De Hoyos, and Anthony Michael Hall.

Recently, Alba attended a screening of the film with her daughters, Honor, 16, and Haven, 12. She also has a six-year-old son, Hayes, with her husband, Cash Warren.

With over two decades in Hollywood, Alba expressed to People her preference for her children to pursue roles behind the camera rather than follow in her acting footsteps. She said, “If they do want to be a performer, then being able to be a producer, writer, or director.

I think having that leadership role is really important to the art and be part of the art in a way where they feel like they can have more autonomy and there’s more dignity.”

Alba’s career took off when she landed the lead role in “Dark Angel” in 2000. Reflecting on her early days, she acknowledged the “desperation” she felt in securing that role, which has since driven her successful career.
