Ivanka Trump turned heads at the Miami Grand Prix this week, stepping out in a daring crop top that showed off her impressively toned physique.
The 43-year-old former White House advisor was joined by her husband Jared Kushner for both the race and the exclusive closing night dinner. The annual Formula One event attracts elite racers and countless celebrities, but it was Ivankaโs fit figure โ and casual fashion โ that had fans buzzing.
Living in Miami since 2021 with Jared and their three children, Ivanka has fully embraced a wellness-driven lifestyle.
Recently, she opened up about her evolving fitness routine during a surprise appearance on The Skinny Confidential podcast, where she credited her 13-year-old daughter Arabella for getting the entire family into jiu-jitsu.
โItโs good for everyone,โ Ivanka said, explaining that both she and Jared โ as well as their sons Joseph, 11, and Theodore, 8 โ now practice the martial art together.
She praised jiu-jitsu for its combination of mental and physical strength, calling it โlike three-dimensional chess.โ The sport has become a regular activity for the family and one Ivanka described as both fun and meditative.
Ivanka also revealed that traditional gyms donโt appeal to her. Instead, she prefers sports like surfing and racquet games to stay active.
โI love sports,โ she said. โI love surfing, but thatโs a recent thing. I love racquet sports.โ
Back during her time as a senior advisor to President Donald Trump, Ivanka said her fitness consisted of weekly jogs with Jared and playing with the kids after work. โI didnโt have much of a regimen before,โ she admitted.
But since moving to Miami, sheโs developed a more consistent routine โ one that now includes yoga, Pilates, resistance training, and weightlifting. She emphasized that incorporating protein and strength exercises into her schedule made a โmassive differenceโ in how she looked and felt.
โI got stronger. I got leaner,โ she said.
Her workouts now focus on โsimple stuffโ like pushes, pulls, deadlifts, and functional movement patterns.
Ivanka shared that mornings are the best time for her to stay committed:
โI want to resistance train. I want to eat well. So knowing I want to do those things, and knowing those are best done for me in the morning โ thatโs part of my day and how I choose to allocate and prioritize my time.โ
From red carpets to the racetrack, Ivanka Trump continues to make wellness a top priority โ and her commitment is clearly paying off.
