Just weeks after revealing a devastating personal loss, HGTV stars Drew and Jonathan Scott came together to celebrate a joyful milestone — their father Jim Scott’s 92nd birthday.
The emotional contrast between grief and gratitude has underscored how important family moments have become for the Property Brothers stars.
On March 2, Drew and Jonathan Scott each took to Instagram to honor their father, Jim Scott, as he turned 92.
Drew shared a heartfelt message alongside photos with his father, writing that it marked “92 years of making this planet a better place.” He described Jim as “the best dad, grandfather, brother, human I know.”
The images included a selfie of Drew and his father, as well as moments of Jim spending time with Drew’s two children, Parker and Piper, whom he shares with his wife Linda Phan. One of the final photos showed Jim standing on a flower-covered balcony.
Jonathan celebrated the occasion in his own playful way. In a humorous post, he shared AI-generated images imagining himself and his father in different roles, including cowboys, knights and superheroes. He jokingly wrote that they were “totally real pics” created for his dad’s birthday celebration.
