In a rare New York City sighting, the 19-year-old daughter of Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams was spotted biking through Manhattan before switching to a more grounded city walk, dragging a suitcase while carrying a green handbag, chicly dressed in red flats, a denim midi skirt, and a blue-and-white striped sweatshirt. She later removed the sweatshirt to reveal a black tank top, before layering on a cozy gray jumper, her understated look still radiated effortless charm.
