Carley Shimkus, the well-known FOX News personality and co-host of Fox & Friends First, has given fans a glimpse into her early morning routine before heading on air.
At 37 years old, Shimkus follows a strict schedule, with her alarm set for 1:15 a.m. to prepare for the day ahead.
A devoted coffee enthusiast, she admits that her love for the caffeinated drink is so strong that she looks forward to her morning cup even before going to bed, as reported by the Daily Mail.
Beyond her career, Shimkus recently embraced motherhood, welcoming her son Brock with her husband, Peter Buchignani.
Reflecting on how quickly time is passing, she noted how much her baby has already changed in just a few months. “Even when I look back at pictures of him from four months ago – he’s changed so much,” she shared.
Carley Shimkus recently shared heartwarming family photos on Instagram from a visit with Santa. In a playful caption, she wrote, “Santa was not a hit but he recovered quickly and is definitely still on the nice list.”
One image showed Brock in tears on Santa’s lap as he read My First Night Before Christmas, while others captured his curiosity, including a sweet shot of him in a red Santa hat.
