Fox News reporter Brooke Singman marries Rep. Guy Reschenthaler in New York ceremony
A prominent figure from Washington politics and a well-known Fox News journalist have officially tied the knot.
Fox News political correspondent Brooke Singman and Pennsylvania Congressman Guy Reschenthaler were married over the weekend in a ceremony held at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Midtown Manhattan.
The event marked the latest chapter in a relationship that had drawn attention in both media and political circles.

Photos shared on social media showed the couple celebrating their wedding day surrounded by friends, family, and several notable figures from the political world.
A high-profile ceremony in New York
The wedding took place at the iconic St. Patrick’s Cathedral, one of New York City’s most recognizable landmarks.
According to posts shared online, the celebration was attended by several prominent guests, including FBI Director Kash Patel, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, and Mike Waltz, a former Florida congressman who currently serves as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.
Waltz publicly congratulated the pair following the ceremony, writing on X: “Congrats to the newlyweds Congressman Guy Reschenthaler and Brooke Singman! BEAUTIFUL wedding in St. Patrick’s Cathedral!”
Images circulating on Instagram captured moments from the festivities, including the newly married couple departing the ceremony in a vintage yellow New York City taxicab before continuing the celebration at a reception where they danced and posed for photos with guests.
Reschenthaler, 42, is serving his fourth term in the U.S. House of Representatives. He represents Pennsylvania’s 14th Congressional District and currently holds the role of chief deputy whip for the Republican conference. He also sits on the House Appropriations Committee.
Before entering Congress, Reschenthaler worked as a Navy attorney and later served as a district judge and a state senator in Pennsylvania. The wedding marks his second marriage.
From a Central Park proposal to a cathedral wedding
The marriage follows an engagement that first became public after a lakeside proposal in New York’s Central Park.
Singman announced the engagement on Instagram at the time, sharing a photo of the moment and writing, “I said yes to the love of my life.” The announcement quickly drew congratulations from colleagues and figures connected to the political world.
According to accounts cited in the earlier coverage, the couple first met during a campaign stop in Pennsylvania connected to Donald Trump’s campaign activities. They later began dating in January 2025 and kept their relationship largely private in its early months.
Friends and colleagues from the Fox News community were among those celebrating the engagement online. Figures such as Jacqui Heinrich, Lisa Boothe, Aishah Hasnie, and Todd Piro were among those who publicly congratulated the couple.
Singman has been part of the Fox News network since 2014 and is known for her reporting on national politics. Her work has included coverage of both the Trump and Biden administrations, and she has appeared on programs including Fox & Friends First, Fox & Friends, and Fox Business’ Mornings with Maria.
A graduate of Boston University with a degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in political science, Singman began her career at the Boston Neighborhood Network News service before moving into national reporting.
Now, with their wedding celebrated in one of New York City’s most historic churches, the Fox News correspondent and the Pennsylvania congressman have formally begun their life together as husband and wife.
