The lawsuit was filed by former FOX Sports hairdresser Noushin Faraji
Former FOX Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji has taken legal action against the network, filing a lawsuit last Friday that accuses several prominent figures, including Skip Bayless, FOX Sports Executive Vice President Charlie Dixon, and Joy Taylor, of workplace misconduct.
The lawsuit outlines allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation that Faraji claims to have endured during her ten years with the network.
Skip named in explosive sexual assault lawsuit
A 42-page lawsuit filed by Noushin Faraji, alleges that Skip Bayless made repeated advances toward her, including an offer of $1.5 million for sexual favors, according to a report by Front Office Sports.
The complaint claims that Bayless’s inappropriate behavior began when Faraji joined the Undisputed morning show team. Allegations include “lingering hugs” and instances where Bayless pressed his body against her. Faraji, a single mother, reportedly rejected these advances on multiple occasions.
The lawsuit includes claims that Bayless accused Faraji of being in a relationship with his former Undisputed co-host Shannon Sharpe and mocked her cultural background, allegedly saying, “Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?“
The lawsuit filed by former FOX Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji includes allegations against FOX Sports executive Charlie Dixon, claiming he “grabbed her buttocks” during a birthday party they both attended.
Faraji says she confided in Speak host Joy Taylor about the incident, but Taylor allegedly dismissed her concerns, telling her to “get over it.” Following the end of their friendship, Taylor is accused of personally and professionally insulting Faraji, including mocking her name and heritage.
