Famous tattoo enthusiast shows internet what he used to look like before his transformation

Jeremy “Remy” Schofield, renowned for having over 97% of his body covered in tattoos, has invested significantly in his ink over the years. With nearly 70,000 Instagram followers, Remy frequently updates his audience on his body art journey.

Recently, Remy disclosed the financial aspect of his extensive tattoo collection, stating, โ€œIโ€™ve been estimating around 200,000 Canadian dollars for about a year now, and it’s likely a bit more than that.โ€

Over the past 16 years, the former chef, now a tattoo artist, has transformed his body with tattoos, leaving only parts of his face and palms untouched.

With approximately 2,200 hours spent under the needle, Remyโ€™s tattoos feature vibrant colors and designs layered over his jet-black ink. โ€œIt’s not like it’s a painful or terrible feeling or I can’t wait for it to end โ€“ I’m having fun as I go,โ€ he explains, adding that his most painful tattoos were the designs on the inside of his buttocks.

While Remyโ€™s tattoos are primarily for his enjoyment, he holds one particularly sentimental pieceโ€”a rose tattoo in memory of the late mother of his teenage son, Ivan. She passed away at 25 after battling Crohn’s disease and stomach cancer.

Remy, a father of one, is married to Sarah Nicole, also a tattoo artist. Besides his extensive tattoo work, Remy is an enthusiast of body piercings, showcasing numerous facial studs and recently fitted vampire teeth.

He proudly states, โ€œMost of the work Iโ€™m doing currently has widely been called impossible by โ€˜expertsโ€™ and Iโ€™m proving them wrong every day.โ€

Despite facing online trolling, where people label him as “devil” and “freak,” Remy finds that in real life, most people he encounters are friendly and curious about his tattoos. His story continues to inspire and intrigue his followers, proving that passion and dedication can defy conventional limits.
