From pop royalty to bride-to-be, Dua Lipa just added another major milestone to her already unstoppable year.
The 29-year-old global superstar confirmed she’s officially engaged to British actor Callum Turner, 35, during a recent dinner interview with British Vogue. And yes, she’s absolutely glowing.
“Yeah, we’re engaged. It’s very exciting,” she said, referring to the custom ring Turner had designed with help from her sister and closest friends.

According to Lipa, the bespoke engagement ring wasn’t just a random pick. Turner reportedly worked with her sister and closest friends to get it right. And clearly, he nailed it.
“I’m obsessed with it,” she said. “It’s so me.”
Though wedding planning isn’t underway just yet, she’s touring, and he’s filming, they’re soaking in the moment.
“I’ve never really been someone who thought about a wedding, or dreamt about what kind of bride I’d be,” Lipa admitted. “Now I’m like, ‘Oh… what would I wear?’”
It’s a rare vulnerable moment from the pop phenom, who says the proposal helped her realize the gravity of what it means to say yes.
“This decision to grow old together, to see a life and just, I don’t know, be best friends forever – it’s a really special feeling.”
From Dance Floor Whispers to a Red Carpet Couple
Romance rumors first swirled in January 2024, when the duo was spotted slow dancing at the Masters of the Air afterparty in London. Since then, they’ve kept things relatively low-key, only appearing together at select dinners and events, until Glastonbury.
In a July 2024 Instagram carousel, Lipa casually dropped two sweet photos with Turner. One where he kissed her forehead, another of them laughing side by side on the grass. The internet took the hint: it was official.
Then came the Christmas sparkler. On Christmas Eve, eagle-eyed fans noticed a diamond ring on her left hand in a cozy Instagram post. A few weeks later, she cleverly hid the same hand under a dramatic cape at Paris Fashion Week. But the glint of gold gave her away.
By the time they walked the red carpet together at the 2025 Met Gala, the question wasn’t if they were engaged. It was when they’d finally say it out loud.

Lipa has been performing across Europe on her Radical Optimism Tour, often wearing the ring onstage. And her fans have noticed, zooming in on every post, every live clip, every sparkling shot.
