WNBA rookie sensation Caitlin Clark has shared a promising update on her famous fans — Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce — confirming that while they may be laying low for now, they still have their eyes on the Indiana Fever.
In a new interview with USA Today, Clark was asked if there were any plans for the pop megastar and NFL champion to attend one of her WNBA games this season.
After all, Clark has had her own Swiftie moments, attending multiple Eras Tour stops during the offseason, which eventually led to her appearing on the New Heights podcast hosted by Travis and Jason Kelce — and later, sitting next to Swift at a Kansas City Chiefs game.
According to Time Magazine, Clark’s invite to that game came via a personal note from Swift herself, in which the singer reportedly wrote, “Trav and I are excited to get to a Fever game once the tour is over.”
So, will the superstar couple be showing up courtside at Gainbridge Fieldhouse anytime soon?
“Oh gosh, I don’t know. I mean, I hope so,” Clark told USA Today. “I feel like they’re also living—they’re in a nice, in vacation mode right now. So I hope they enjoy a nice little break out of the spotlight. But I’m sure they’ll be cheering for the Fever either way.”
Caitlin Clark is probably right — Swift and Kelce do seem to be enjoying a rare moment of peace. The couple was not spotted at the Met Gala earlier this month, and Swift has largely stayed out of the public eye since her Mother’s Day outing with Kelce in Philadelphia on May 11.
Kelce, on the other hand, was recently photographed working out in Miami, while Swift briefly re-emerged in headlines after a snippet of her Reputation (Taylor’s Version) track, “Look What You Made Me Do,” was featured in The Handmaid’s Tale.
While their joint appearance at a Fever game remains a “maybe,” it’s clear the superstar couple remains supportive of Clark’s WNBA journey. And with Swift wrapping up a major leg of her world tour, it wouldn’t be a surprise if she and Kelce made a courtside cameo later in the season.
