Bronny James experiences an embarrassing moment during his debut in the Summer League

LeBron probably had something to say about the play when Bronny got home.

Bronny James made his highly anticipated professional debut on Saturday, playing in the Los Angeles Lakers’ first game of the NBA Summer League. James started the game and played for 22 minutes, but Los Angeles lost to the Sacramento Kings.

James had a tough time with his shooting, making only 2 of his 9 attempts and missing all his three-pointers and free throws. He contributed 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and a steal, but overall, it wasn’t a great start for him.

Bronny James is ‘destroyed’ by Adonis Arms.

To make matters worse, there was a specific play where Adonis Arms crossed him over.

Arms didnโ€™t just school Bronny; he scored 32 points with a 70.6% field goal percentage. He outshined everyone, including Bronny and the Lakers’ first-round pick, Dalton Knecht.

In fact, James is dealing with some swelling in his left knee after the game and has been ruled out of the next Summer League game as a precaution. He is expected to return on Wednesday to face the Miami Heat.
