Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt’s daughter grows out and embraces her long hair after shaving it off

Shiloh Jolie, the daughter of Hollywood stars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, was recently spotted embracing a more laid-back look as she headed to a dance class in Los Angeles.

The 18-year-old, who has been growing out her hair after sporting a pink buzzcut in 2023, styled her longer blond locks into a high bun during her latest outing.

Dressed in a relaxed black sweatshirt, loose-fitting pants, and casual flip-flops, Shiloh kept her appearance understated. She added subtle accessories to her ensemble, including gold hoop earrings and a thumb ring.

This marks another rare public sighting of the teenager, who prefers to keep a low profile. Back in February, Shiloh was seen attending a different dance class, hiding her then-short hair under a “Scarface” hoodie and wearing baggy jeans with sneakers.

The aspiring dancer, known for her impressive moves, previously appeared in a dance video shared by choreographer Lil Kelaan Carter in May 2024.

At the time, she still had noticeably short hair—an indication that she began growing it out sometime after her buzzcut debut in August 2023.

A Private Life Away from Hollywood

Though born into one of Hollywood’s most famous families, Shiloh Jolie has largely avoided the limelight. According to her mother, Angelina Jolie, privacy is something her daughter values deeply. During a February 2025 appearance at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, the Maleficent star opened up about her children’s disinterest in fame.

“None of them want to be actors,” Jolie revealed. “Shiloh especially hates the celebrity lifestyle.”

The 49-year-old actress clarified that her children’s aversion to fame wasn’t a result of her influence.

“That’s not my doing,” she said. “I always wanted them to be around film because … it’s such a wonderful family, to be creative, to be an artist. But they’re not interested.”

She added that while none of her six kids plan to pursue acting, they each express themselves through other creative outlets.

“Some of them dance, some of them paint, some of them love theater, but none of them are dying to be on screen.”

A New Identity and Family Dynamics

In 2023, Shiloh made headlines after dropping “Pitt” from her surname, choosing to go by “Shiloh Jolie.” The name change came amid her parents’ long-running legal battle following their 2016 split.

Angelina and Brad, who were married for two years and together for over a decade, officially finalized their divorce in December 2024 after an intense eight-year court dispute.

The former couple share six children: sons Maddox (23) and Pax (21), daughters Zahara (20) and Shiloh (18), and twins Knox and Vivienne (16).
