The 72-year-old star reportedly suffered the injury during production at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire, prompting a brief pause in filming.
A representative from the set confirmed the incident to People, stating that Goodman received immediate medical attention and was given time to recover before resuming work.
“Production will continue next week following John’s full recovery,” the spokesperson assured, emphasizing that the delay was temporary and that the film remains on schedule.
