AC Milan wants to bring Joshua Zirkzee and another Bologna player this winter.

The Milan-Bologna relationship could soon become hot again.

The Milan-Bologna connection could soon become active again. According to reports from “Tuttosport,” Milan is interested in reestablishing contact with the Bologna after the transfer of Alexis Saelemaekers.

Pioli’s team is interested in players like Joshua Zirkzee, who has drawn the attention of several clubs due to his explosive start to the season, and Riccardo Calafiori could potentially arrive in a packet with the dutch.

According to Tuttosport, Zirkzee’s form has alerted the interest of AC Milan, who are looking to sign a new striker in January to challenge Olivier Giroud, after the addition of Jovic hasn’t prove to have made any difference so far.

AC Milan may have to stump up €20 million to sign the Netherlands U21 international, who has previously played on loan with Anderlecht.
