The Inter coach, after the win against Frosinone: ‘Di Marco’s goal out of this world; now it will go viral. I complimented him.’
“After the victory against Frosinone, Simone Inzaghi was satisfied and praised Di Marco, who unlocked the game with a magical goal from the middle of the stadium.
‘Federico scored a goal that will surely go viral. He deserves it,’ explained the Inter coach to DAZN. ‘It was a balanced game until this great goal came in. In the second half, the 2-0 arrived, giving us a calm 45 minutes. But I have to say Di Marco is used to this. He does these things even in training. He has ballistic qualities that make him a complete player,’ he added. It’s a goal that is rarely seen, and I complimented him for it.’
“Today it was a good game. In Serie A, every match is difficult; there is little time to prepare everything. ‘Before the breaks, the matches are always peculiar, but we played 6 matches in the best possible way. Every match, however, presents great difficulties.”
“The team was focused, active, and covered the field well. Frosinone plays well and even utilizes the goalkeeper. We knew it and prepared accordingly, respecting the opponent because every team is tricky with excellent players.” Inzaghi further analyzed the match.
Then, when asked if Inter are the favorites to win the Scudetto, the coach answered: “No, I don’t like these games. We promise the fans to try to play as many games as possible, just like last year. Then there are many well-equipped teams. And if someone consider us favorites for how we are playing then so be it,” he explained.
“I don’t know if we are the favorites, but what I know for sure is that we are not the richest. In the last transfer campaigns, we made profits of 120, 30 million, and zero investments, despite the Champions League final.”
In his final remarks the coach added “I am fortunate to have wonderful players who give their best to satisfy these fantastic fans who follow us at home and away. There is great cohesion and friendship within this team. I am happy to coach a team like this one”
